Please note that processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

Once an order has entered production, fulfillment, or the shipping process, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Shipping costs may vary based on the destination, products ordered, package size or weight, and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, customers may receive a shipping confirmation containing tracking details after their order has shipped.

Please allow time for the shipping carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your tracking information.

Shipping Address

Delayed Shipments

Shipping carriers occasionally experience delays that are outside the control of Flightline Trade Co.

If tracking information indicates that your package is delayed, please allow the carrier reasonable time to complete delivery.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with shipping issues when appropriate, but carrier delays do not automatically qualify an order for a refund.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered but you cannot locate the package, please:

• Verify the shipping address associated with your order

• Check around the delivery location

• Check with household members, neighbors, building management, or others who may have accepted the package

• Contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery information

Damaged Shipments

Please retain the merchandise and packaging and provide photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label when requested.

Returned-to-Sender Packages
